Hourly pay - $17.00 per hour 

As a leading security officer, you will provide security and customer services for the community and share the following responsibilities:

• Greeting incoming and outgoing tenants
• Monitoring CCTV of the building and its surroundings
• Ensuring proper access control guidelines are followed by guests and vendors
• Providing incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA
• Securing the premises and providing security assistance when necessary
• Patrolling community shared areas in the building  

Available shifts - Mornings 7am-3pm - Afternoons - 3pm-11pm - Overnights 11pm-7am

• Valid NY State Security Guard License
• Valid NY Fire certificate;S60 
• At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to write reports
• Great customer service attitude
• Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operation
